RETURNS POLICY
To process your return request, please read the following information.
For UK Customers
We offer £2 returns on UK purchases, deducted from your refund once we receive the parcel, valid for 14 days after purchase. Please read the information below.
For International Customers
We offer returns for refund or vouchers 28 days after purchase, however returns are charged at your own expense. Please read the information below.
We hope you love your online purchases from Ancient Earth. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the item/s you've purchased. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for Full Price items. Returns must be lodged through registered post. (please keep receipt as proof of posting, we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels) We do not offer refunds or returns for discounted or discontinued stock but may be able to offer an exchange. Jewellery will not be accepted as a change of mind for hygiene reasons, however we would accept return of faulty goods (please contact us first in this instance!). All clearance items are considered final sale. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered in any way or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest our customers try on purchased garments as soon as they are received to ensure return times can be met. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Ancient Earth Clothing.

EXCHANGES
You can exchange a full priced item within 14 days of purchase for a different size or colour as required. Our garments are exclusive and limited so to avoid disappointment we recommend purchasing your new item as soon as possible.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for one year from the date of issue. They can be partially redeemed, and used again, or used alongside a cash purchase. Goods purchased with the voucher can be returned for an exchange but not a cash refund. For exchange enquiries from, UK customers, please enter your details into the form below and you will receive a response shortly. For international exchange, please note you will be charged postage.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please be aware that exchanges are only available for international customers if postage is covered by the buyer. We do, however, offer a 28 day refund providing that the criteria above and quality specifications are maintained. We also require evidence of tracking numbers and confirmation via email at support@ancientearthclothing.com so please contact us as soon as you can to organise this process. *Unfortunately, our £2 returns process does not apply to international orders at this stage.
RETURNS PROCESSING
When we have the items back in our possession, we will review them for quality clearance. Once this has been approved successfully, you will either receive your refund of the purchase price, minus the postage charge of £2 and any original postage charge paid. If you have ordered a return for exchange, we will send the item out with no additional charge for post. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are approved but please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status once processed.
International refunds may take up to 25 working days depending on the length of time for us to receive and process from the origin country.
PLEASE NOTE
Ancient Earth retains the right to amend and update these policies when required. These changes will come into effect as soon as they are published and live on our website.
EVENTS AND SAFETY
EVENTS
Ancient Earth have previously hosted a series of highly successful events and will continue to grow in this area.
As we have expanded, so to have our terms and conditions, in order to promote safe and best practice for our guests, staff and contractors.
Please refer to the specific guidelines of each event to clarify any queries or email support@ancientearthclothing.com for a direct response.
Whilst our restrictions around alcohol or children may change as per each event, some rules remain unchanged:
Events & Safety
- We uphold a 0 tolerance policy to threatening or aggressive behaviour of any sort. Anyone found to be behaving this way prior to or during an event will have their ticket withdrawn and will no longer be granted access.
Anyone displaying antisocial behaviour will also be removed from all Ancient Earth social media and banned from all future events to preserve the community spirit as well as a safety and protection of our environment and hosts.
This rule applies to both public and private events hosted by Ancient Earth.
If your actions are especially antisocial, threatening, dangerous, intimidating or reckless your ticket and access may be withdrawn and as a result your refund forfeited, or an administration charge deducted.
